imalatında (metalik süslemeler hariç) kısıtlı kullanımı yasaklanmış kimyasal
maddelerin bir listesidir. ZDHC MRSL’nin uygun gerekliliklerini karşılayan
kimyasal formülasyonların kullanılıyor olması, tedarikçilerin, hem
müşterilerini hem de kendilerini yasaklanmış kimyasal maddelerin üretim ve
imalat süreçlerinde kısıtlı olarak kullanılmadığına dair güvence vermelerini
sağlamaktadır.

Uygunluk Düzeyleri için Gereksinimler:

Seviye 1 – ZDHC MRSL ile ilgili bilgiler içim SDS’nin
belge incelemesi, tarama, analitik testi veya yalnızca analitik testi içeren
formülasyon testi.
●
Seviye 2 – yönetim sistemlerinin yerinde
değerlendirilmesi ve buna ek olarak ZDHC MRSL uyumluluğu için Seviye 1 analitik
değerlendirme ilkelerinin karşılandığının kanıtı.
●
Seviye 3 – Kimyasal tehlike değerlendirme yeteneği ve
buna ek olarak ZDHC MRSL uyumluluğu için Seviye 1 ve Seviye 2 ilkelerinin
karşılandığının kanıtı.

formunun doldurulması gerekmektedir.(format GCL tarafından sunulmaktadır.) |

Based on the application form, GCL will provide a quote and contract.
Company Legal Documents such as Registration Documents, Copy of Business Establishment and Employment Certificate must be provided in order for the customer to approve it with the signature of the authorized person and to complete the contract procedure. |

Audit Preparation & Planning |

GCL will ask you to fill in client information to schedule an audit suitable for you. |

Stage -4 |
Onsite Inspection for Levels 2 & 3 |
|
GCL will send inspector to conduct on-site inspection according to the requirements of ZDHC standard according to relevant levels, and the inspector will submit inspection report to GCL ZDHC certifier for final decision. |

Stage -5 |
Certificate Issue Date |

Based on the positive decision, a certificate of conformity is issued and sent to the customer. In case of approval, the reason for non-approval will be stated in the rejection letter and will be sent to the customer. GCL International is obligated at all times to reserve the right to make decisions, including issuance, maintenance, renewal, extension, reduction, suspension and withdrawal, as specified in the program rule. |
